    • Finalize Your Design: Ensure your concept is settled. Please reach out early for changes; major revisions with less than 2 weeks' notice may require rescheduling.

    1 Week Out:

    • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin elastic and your pain tolerance high.

    • Sun Protection: Avoid burns. Use SPF 30+ if you’re outdoors; I cannot tattoo sunburned skin.

    • Skin Care: Gently exfoliate once or twice the week leading up to your appointment. Don't over-exfoliate; aim for soft, healthy skin, not irritation. Moisturize the area daily.

    Day Of:

    • Fuel Up: Eat a full meal 1–2 hours before your session to stabilize blood sugar and manage pain.

    • Rest: Get a full night’s sleep.

    • Dress Comfortably: Wear loose clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo site.

    • Stay Clear: Avoid alcohol or ibuprofen, as these can thin your blood and affect the tattooing process.

    • Bring: Pack comfort items like headphones, snacks, water, a blanket, or fidgets.
