• If your project requires a consultation, your initial booking email (which includes your proposed appointment date) will also include a specific consult time and a Google Meet link.

    • When: Consultations are held on the first Wednesday of the month.

    • Preparation: Please test your microphone and camera prior to our meeting to ensure your tech is working.

    • What to Expect: We will use this time to chat through the details of your concept and work together on a rough sketch of your design.

Note: If you decide to make alterations to your core concept after our consultation, please let me know via email ASAP. Significant changes requested with too little notice may require us to reschedule your appointment. If I have already begun drawing and need to scrap the work, additional drawing fees may apply.

  • I begin drawing the Monday of the week before your appointment.

    • Design Collaborations: You may receive text messages from my work number with mock-ups or questions as I build your design.

    • Phone Boundaries: Please note that my work phone is used strictly for design collaboration. For all scheduling needs (including touch-ups or rescheduling), email me.

  • On the Monday of the week of your appointment, two things will happen:

    1. You will receive your custom design. Take some time to sit with it. If you love it, great! You can shoot me a quick text to confirm, or not respond (no news is good news). If you would like alterations, let me know as soon as you are able.

    • Revision Policy: I am more than happy to make tweaks. However, requesting more than 3 to 4 small alterations, or requesting major changes, such as a full rework of the design, will incur additional drawing fees based on the extent of the changes.

    • Revision Deadline: I accept design changes up until Wednesday evening. If you request changes after Wednesday, we may need to reschedule your appointment to allow adequate time to revise the artwork.

    2. You will receive a logistics email. This email contains essential information pertaining to your tattoo, as well as a Google Doc with step-by-step instructions and photos on how to find the shop. Please read this thoroughly.

A Quick Note on Communication When texting about designs, my communication style is very direct and to-the-point. I do this strictly to ensure clarity between us, so please don't misinterpret this brevity as harshness! I am always happy to make changes to ensure you love your tattoo. In return, I ask that you also try to be as clear and concise as possible when requesting design changes so I can get to work on them right away.

  • Please review pre-tattoo care here.

Additionally, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment so we have plenty of time to take care of your paperwork before getting started.

If you have any other questions regarding the process, please feel free to email me!
